Types of deep groove ball bearings:

The use of deep groove ball bearings:
Due to the limited automatic centering ability of deep groove ball bearings, it is necessary to have good concentricity of the bearing installation seat. Poor concentricity can affect the balance of operation, increase bearing stress, and thus shorten the working life of the bearing. Deep groove ball bearings can only allow very small deflection angles, which also depends on the size of the load.

Deep groove ball bearings are the most widely used and representative rolling bearings. The inner and outer raceways of this type of bearing are arc-shaped deep grooves, which can withstand radial, axial, and composite loads. Simple structure, easy to obtain high accuracy, suitable for high-speed rotation.

Deep groove ball bearings generally use steel plate stamped cages, but for larger sizes that are not easily stamped or used for high-speed rotation, turning to form cages is used. This type of bearing usually has bearings with dust covers, sealing rings, non-contact rubber covers, contact rubber covers, or stop rings.
